Valley View is a wheelchair accessible holiday cottage set in beautiful Cornish countryside which can accommodate up to six guests. An extra Z bed is available for a small fee which can increase the occupancy. There is plenty of concrete parking next to the ramped access to the cottage.
Valley View’s open-plan living/kitchen/dining area has a double-height ceiling and exposed roof timbers, which gives it a spacious and airy feel. The living area has comfortable sofas, a riser/recliner chair, and a wood-burner. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has seating for 6. Double doors lead onto an accessible private patio with seating, BBQ, and open countryside views.
Valley View has three spacious en-suite bedrooms. Although this is a two-storey cottage, one of the bedrooms in on the ground floor and has twin/superking beds, ceiling hoist, and large en-suite accessible wet-room with step-free shower with fixed grab rails, shower chair, washbasin and WC, drop-down grab-rail for WC, and wheel-under washbasin.
Valley View has a wide range of mobility equipment available to loan free of charge for guests to use to make their stay easier and more comfortable (for example, profiling bed, air or pressure mattresses and a range of shower chairs) please visit their website for more information. Valley View is one of two accessible cottages situated at Treworgans Accessible Holiday Cottages. The second, Buzzard’s Watch can accommodate up to four guests.
