Clowberry Cottage is one of four self catering holiday cottages at Traine Farm in South Devon near Plymouth, offering excellent farm accommodation with lovely views of the South Devon coast.
Clowberrry Cottage is a wheelchair accessible cottage with ramped access and a level interior that can sleep up to six.
The cottage is light and airy with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher.
There is a downstairs accessible double bedroom perfect for guests with limited mobility. The accessible family bathroom/wet-room has a step-free shower, wall-mounted shower seat, hand-held shower attachment and fixed grab rail. There are also grab-rails for the WC, a wheel-under washbasin and a separate bath.
Upstairs is a large family room with double bed and two singles.
Outside the cottage has is a seating area and allocated parking. There’s a laundry room perfect for wet beach things as well as a games room and outdoor play area.
Clowberry Cottage at Traine Farm is situated in a superb location for South Devon holidays; Wembury Beach is a leisurely one mile walk where you’ll find a National Trust café to relax and enjoy the views and there are lots of other nice pubs and cafes nearby. Dartmoor is a short distance away and the University City of Plymouth with its excellent shops, restaurants and famous Plymouth Theatre Royal is reached within seven miles. You will find Dartmoor and Paignton zoos and lots of other attractions for children within an easy 20-40 minute drive of the cottage.
