Eucalyptus Lodge

Date: 01-01-1970

“This place was the perfect relaxing location but also a great base to explore the South Hams with the harbour town of Kingsbridge just a short walk away. We stayed at Eucalyptus lodge with my disabled father. This lodge is very well equipped and has great open space for wheelchair and a brilliant wet room shower room/ bathroom for anyone with disability issues. Everything is top quality here from the bed linen to kitchen appliances and attention to details is superb you even get welcome gifts! Paul & Julie are wonderful kind respectful owners that were more than happy to help with anything we required and lovely people to chat with, but they also would just leave you in peace to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend this to anyone with disability issues or even if not disabled it’s a great place. We visited Salcombe, Hope Cove, South Milton, Slapton Sands, Dartmouth & Bolberry Down all not far distances in the car. Instead of eating out we much preferred to come back cook at the lodge or have a BBQ enjoy the hot tub then sit back and chill out listening to the birds. Overall a fantastic holiday with very kind thoughtful hosts providing immaculately presented accommodation.”
