Giltar View is an accessible townhouse sleeping eight plus a baby. The house is situated on one of the traditional rows of colourful cottages in the popular harbour town of Tenby and is just a few minutes’ walk from the Esplanade, with easy access to Tenby South Beach. Just a short drive to the many fabulous attractions Pembrokeshire has to offer such as Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park, or Tenby Dinosaur Park, this is a great location for a fun, accessible family break.
The accommodation at Giltar View is on three floors with a wheel-chair lift that accesses all floors. On the first floor where there is an accessible bedroom with profiling bed and ceiling hoist. There is also an accessible bathroom equipped with a Kingcraft rise and fall bath (with ceiling hoist above), an adjustable washbasin and wheel-in shower.
The first floor also has a double bedroom and bathroom. There is a further double bedroom and two single bedrooms on the second floor.
The entrance to Giltar View is ramped and leads to the spacious living room, the modern fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room with seating for 6. There is also a downstairs cloakroom/WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Externally Giltar View has a pretty courtyard garden at the rear of the house, and a dedicated parking space available free of charge located close to the house (free drop-off spaces outside the house).
Giltar View is owned by the Harriet Davis. The accommodation is intended primarily for families with children, but the Harriet Davis Trust is happy to permit use by disabled adults if it is not otherwise required.
