In Memoriam Gifts
Making a donation in memory of a loved one is a wonderful way of celebrating their life, whilst helping us support families affected by rare genetic conditions. We know these gifts have extra meaning and we are always honoured to receive them.
Funeral collections
Asking friends and family to make donations at a funeral, or to donate instead of sending flowers, is a meaningful way to honour the memory of a loved one. You can arrange a funeral collection yourself or your funeral director may be able to help you.
Please ask guests to make cheques payable to The Sandcastle Trust and send donations along with details of whose memory they have been collected in to:
Other ways to Donate in Memory
Some people choose to donate each year on a special birthday or anniversary with a single donation or even by setting up a Direct Debit in your loved one’s name. Alternatively, you could join together with friends and family to raise money.
Setting up an Online Giving Page
You can set up an online page on JustGiving and keep track of donations made in memory of your loved one. Friends and families who have raised money in this way tell us that it has helped them do something positive at a time of sadness.
