Exploring Skegness and the Coast
Southview Holiday Park is situated just two miles from Skegness beach and the attractions of this traditional seaside town. Skegness beach is known for being clean and accessible, with the North Shore typically quieter than the central areas. When the tide is out, there are lovely walks along the sand dunes, and the beach offers good access for wheelchair users and pushchairs. Beach wheelchairs can be hired from Embassy Theatre (approx. £20 per day).
Nearby attractions include donkey rides, the Fairy Dell paddling pool, the pier, promenade, and fairground. Fantasy Island, with its fair and market, is just a 10-minute drive away, offering another stretch of sandy beach.
There is a regular bus service running every 30 minutes from the park to both Skegness and Ingoldmells. While the on-site convenience store is ideal for essentials, larger supermarkets including Aldi, M&S Food Hall, and Morrisons are all a short drive away.
