Rose Marie Lodge is a bright, spacious, four-bedroom holiday home in the popular seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea. Sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably, the property has been newly renovated and thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind.
A chalet bungalow, it has level access at both the front and side entrance and wide doorways throughout. There is also ample private accessible parking with space for a WAV and one additional car.
Inside there is a welcoming open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with bi-fold doors that open directly onto a generous patio and enclosed garden. The lounge is furnished with sofas, a riser-recliner chair and a wall-mounted Smart TV, making it the perfect place to unwind while enjoying views of the garden.
The contemporary kitchen has a wheel-under sink and is fully equipped, including laundry facilities. It adjoins a dining space with a family-sized table and free-standing chairs.
Rose Marie Lodge has a ground floor accessible bedroom with a single profiling bed (a second profiling bed is available on request), a sofa bed, mobile hoist, and ceiling track hoist going through into a spacious en suite wet-room. This features a roll-in shower with non-slip flooring, fixed grab rails, tilt-in-space shower chair and shower stool. There is also a WC frame/commode chair, drop-down grab-rails either side of WC, and wheel-under height-adjustable washbasin with fixed grab-rail.
The ground floor has a further double bedroom, a snug that can be transformed into a fourth bedroom with a double sofa bed, and a modern shower room.
Upstairs features a spacious double room with en-suite facilities and pleasant views across the garden.
The property is within walking distance of shops and supermarkets, while the seafront with its accessible beaches, promenade, and family-friendly attractions is just a short drive away. Restaurants, pubs, and cafés are close at hand, and with good transport links and medical facilities nearby.
