Lizard House is set in the grounds of a Trevassack Lake in south west Cornwall. Within the grounds there is an accessible café with balcony seating and views across the lake. There is also a watersports centre with staff skilled in helping beginners and those with special needs. There is a handy lift available from the waterside to your accommodation.
Lizard House is a perfectly appointed, accessible, spacious holiday home for up to eight people and one dog. It has a private parking space and is welcoming for all ages and abilities.
The fenced garden means little ones and four-legged friends are safe to wander around the holiday home freely.
The main living space of Lizard House has high vaulted ceilings and wide sliding doors leading out to the large deck complete with the ultimate luxury – your own hot tub. The living-room is spacious and well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen area. There is also a handy laundry/store room.
Bedroom 1 is a sizeable en suite room where you can choose to have your beds set up as twin or an extra large double. There is also the option of an electric profiling bed if required.
Bedroom 2 adjoins, with similar flexibility in choosing a twin or double bed configuration (it’s also ideal for carers to be close by if needed).
Bedroom 3, another ‘zip and link’ bed option, is found on the other side of the living-room and is next to the separate wet-room.
Lizard House can also accommodate an additional two guest on a sofa bed in the living-room.
All the rooms feature underfloor heating, extra wide doorways and plenty of room around the furniture to allow for maximum ease of movement.
