Clare Milne House is set in the grounds of a Trevassack Lake in south west Cornwall. Within the grounds there is an accessible café with balcony seating and views across the lake. There is also a watersports centre with staff skilled in helping beginners and those with special needs. There is a handy lift available from the waterside to your accommodation.
Claire Milne House is a perfectly appointed holiday home for up to six people. It has a private parking space and is welcoming for all ages and abilities. This disabled-friendly holiday home has plenty of mobility aids and high-tech equipment available for those that need or want it.
The main living space in Clare Milne House is a glorious room with high vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass that lets in the light, and lets you out onto your huge deck, complete with hot tub. The living-room is spacious and well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen area of varying heights. There is also a handy laundry room.
Bedroom 1 has the flexibility of either luxury twin beds or a superking-sized double bed plus its own spacious en suite. The option is also there for an electric profiling bed if you are less mobile, and a fully integrated electric ceiling hoist can be provided to move you to the bathroom and back again with ease.
Bedroom 2 also has ‘zip and link’ (double or twin) beds for comfort and flexibility (plus is well-placed as a potential ‘carer’s room’ to be close at hand during the night).
Bedroom 3 has a separate wet-room and a lovely view over the deck.
All the rooms feature underfloor heating, extra wide doorways and plenty of room around the furniture to allow for maximum ease of movement.
