44 Maple Park is an accessible caravan with it’s own parking space, ramp access, wet room and two twin bedrooms. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Guest will need to bring their own bed linen and towels. The price includes use of a Haven Friends and Family pass which gives discount on payable activities and in the onsite restaurant and bar during your stay.

The Holiday Park is situated on a cliff top with a ramp access to it’s own sandy beach and beautiful views overlooking the bay. It’s a large park with an extensive range of facilities, along with a full programme of activities for children, teenagers, and adults. With onsite shops, plenty of places to eat, and it’s own restaurant and bar, there is something for all tastes. There is also a spa complex with pool that offers beauty and relaxation treatments.

Exeter is nearby, a fascinating university city with its gothic cathedral. For children there’s Paignton Zoo, where you can see over 2,000 animals and the World of Country Life, with its deer safari, petting zoo and falconry displays. If you fancy doing something at your own pace, you can enjoy the many coastal pathways.

The Holiday Homes Trust is a small charity providing affordable holiday accommodation. They were founded in 1969, by a group of former Scouts who believed that everyone is entitled to the same quality of life, and deserve the freedom to have fun and relaxation. They own 10 self-catering caravans for holiday rental by individuals or families and people with disabilities and their carers. Eight of the ten caravans are wheelchair accessible
